Persona

Andrzej

Andrzej

Age: 30 – 60
Occupation: management staff
Values: family
Free time: virtually none, but he enjoys reading and has his hobbies
He has a ward under his care. He focuses mainly on him, often forgetting himself
Our presona during shopping:
When he goes shopping, he tries to do it as quickly as possible so that he can return home quickly. He is assisted in this by a previously prepared shopping list (paper or an application on the phone). However, having a free moment in the gallery, she spends it visiting the bookstore, where it is quieter.
In galleries he is tired of the light, music and crowds, so he avoids rush hours and goes to galleries in the morning or at times when there are not too many people.
Often, he does not know where the stores he is looking for are and uses the help of the information point. He prefers to spend more money as long as it saves him some time.

Generating Ideas

We managed to generate over 100 ideas. However, we had to focus on one idea and this is how we create…

“Senior-friendly shopping malls”

Our prototype in a solution of a catalog

Our solution as a leaflet

Tests

After proposing solutions, we performed usability tests with users. Each person was shown the catalog, leaflet and storyboard in turn.
100% of people taking part in the tests believe that the changes we propose are extremely necessary. They also believe that the materials are readable and accessible, and that the ideas contained in them are creative and are an amazing convenience for caregivers of seniors and the elderly.
